Passport issues meant we had to find a vacation in the US, so we decided to spend five days in Puerto Rico. Here is the map of possible options for our trip, but we ended up spending most of our time in Old San Juan. We also did a day trip to El Yunque National Forest and spent a couple of nights in Condando Beach. And then we got stuck in Philadelphia for two nights on the way back. (don't fly American Airlines)

We took our moms to Hawaii, splitting our time between Maui and Kauai.

Our first flight since the pandemic, we head to the Big Island of Hawaii for Cathy's birthday. Our general itinerary is here.

Another life list trip, we go to Thailand for a 12 days with stops in Seoul and Beijing.

Cathy and I head to Iceland for 10 days and drive the Ring Road, which goes around the entire island. This was definitely a life list trip and one of our favorites. I created a custom map here with all of our destinations, along with a bunch we weren't able to get to.

We head to the northeast to try and see the leaves changing colors.

I meet up with Cathy in Cologne and we drive along the Rhine into Bavaria.

Charlie needed protest footage for a film so he thought the RNC would be a good opportunity. So we took a road trip to Cleveland. We covered 5700 miles and 17 states along the way. I also managed to lose one of my memory cards so a good chunk of my photos were sadly lost (mainly of Utah and Ohio, including the RNC stuff in Cleveland).

Our friend Liesl was getting married in South Africa, so Cat and I made the 34 hour journey to Port Elizabeth. We then drove along the coast to Cape Town.

Cathy and I spend a week in Costa Rica, with time split between Arenal Volcano National Park and Manuel Antonio National Park.
